You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide customers through their shopping journey while developing skills in customer interaction and digital tools usage. Success is measured by customer satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Legally allowed to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Handle additional duties or projects as assigned by management.
