You will build proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized device and service solutions in a fast-paced environment. You will use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, complete training to deepen knowledge, and contribute to a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support.
• Engage customers by exploring needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Other duties/projects as assigned by management.
