Job summary

T-Mobile Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, play a vital role in bringing the T-Mobile brand to life at National Sales partner locations. They engage customers, educate on products, and drive sales in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred (retail).
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting and demonstrate T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools to educate customers and onboard them to the T-Mobile app.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; support store operations and on-site procedures.
• Provide exceptional service, build rapport, and drive sales activity while meeting quality targets.
