Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to serve customers in a high-traffic retail setting, delivering energy, passion, and expert knowledge to every interaction. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and align solutions to customer needs while maintaining excellent service standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma/GED and at least 6 months in customer service or retail sales; strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate customers, and demonstrate value of the store-in-store experience.
• Complete training on products, systems, and processes; share knowledge and assist store operations.
• Build rapport, drive sales activity, collect referrals, and manage Be Back processes to grow customer relationships.
