Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to bring the brand to life in National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, educate them on wireless products, and demonstrate value through solution-based selling in a fast-paced store environment.

Successful candidates will have at least a high school diploma, 6 months of customer service or retail sales experience, and legal authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred. (Preferred)
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, using digital tools and educating customers on T-Mobile solutions.
• Utilize digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding; identify needs and demonstrate value of products and services.
• Complete training on in-store processes, review results and promotions, and stay customer-ready; on-board customers and manage store operations and assets.
