Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to join our Retail Team of Experts. You will help customers select devices and services, demonstrate products, and provide a world-class shopping experience in-store, online, or via care channels.

You will complete new-employee training and grow toward the Mobile Expert role. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months in customer service or sales, with fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment preferred (required).
Fluency in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

Builds proficiency in serving and selling to customers while delivering a world-class experience.
Assist customers by continuing their shopping journey across online, phone, and in-store channels.
Demonstrate and educate customers on devices and services with hands-on demonstrations.
Identify customer needs and offer personalized device/service solutions.
Use digital tools to explain network coverage and plan benefits to customers.
Support team initiatives and collaboratively resolve customer issues.
