Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations. This role focuses on high-traffic customer engagement, educating and recommending wireless solutions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will learn store processes, use digital tools, and collaborate with nearby locations to onboard customers. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer service or sales

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred. Required
• High School Diploma/GED required

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and showcases the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate T-Mobile products and services.
• On-board customers, educate on self-serve tools and the T-Mobile app, and ensure customer satisfaction.
