You will work with a team of experts, leveraging new systems and a product roadmap designed for these locations, and participate in ongoing training to advance knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred (12+ months).
• Care: Elite Expert, Account Care and Technical Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolve customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools.
• Complete ongoing training to act as SME in all things T-Mobile.
• Leverage digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Collaborate to foster a culture of sales and service.
