Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Mobile Associates to join the Retail Team of Experts. You will engage customers, demonstrate devices and services, and build relationships while learning the role and progressing toward Mobile Expert.

You will complete training, support customer journeys across in-store and online channels, and contribute to a high-energy, inclusive team culture with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service and build loyalty by helping customers pick up where they left off, in-store or online.
• Demonstrate latest technology and educate customers through hands-on demonstrations.
• Identify customer needs and offer personalized device and service solutions.
• Collaborate with store team to resolve issues and hand off small business leads.
