Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Mobile Associate in a fast-paced retail setting. You will learn and apply product knowledge, assist customers with devices and services, and contribute to a friendly, efficient store environment. Training is provided to grow toward the Mobile Expert role, with emphasis on customer needs and solutions.

You will participate in ongoing skill development, work as part of a team, and support store initiatives while delivering a best-in-class shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Experience in a Retail environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide a world-class customer experience and build loyalty by assisting customers across shopping journeys.
• Demonstrate and explain latest technology with hands-on demonstrations in-store.
