Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a motivated Member Services Representative for a part-time, weekend/morning schedule. You will deliver a superior, welcoming experience to members and guests and support a Judgement Free environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling calls, registering new members, updating member information, processing POS transactions, and keeping the front desk and facility clean and well-maintained. Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Overnight background check reference is not applicable to this role.
• CPR/AED certification within required time frames.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check in members, sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates.
• Respond to member questions in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate POS for purchases and assist with memberships and billing questions.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and overall lobby upkeep.
• Regular facility cleaning of equipment and restrooms.
