Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a motivated Member Services Representative to join our team for weekend/evening shifts. You will provide superior customer service to members and guests and help create the club's welcoming, judgement-free environment.

You will handle front desk duties, check-ins, sign-ups, answer calls, manage memberships in the POS system, and stay on top of updates and events. A bilingual English/Spanish is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Overnight position background check (7 years) per policy.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to obtain CPR/ AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, deliver exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check in members, sign up new members, log amenities and events.
• Respond to questions and concerns professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at POS.
• Use POS to manage memberships, billing questions.
