Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Bilingual Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional service at the front desk and support membership sales. You’ll greet members, process check-ins, promote programs, and ensure the club runs smoothly with accurate enrollments and clean facilities.

Requirements include at least 1 year in a service role and Spanish/English bilingual ability; CPR/AED certification is a plus and training can be completed within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with membership sales and check-ins.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests.
• Handle front desk operations and phone inquiries.
• Promote programs like group fitness and tanning.
• Assist with member enrollments and keep club operations “grand-opening ready.”
• Maintain accurate records and support club cleanliness.
