Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Bilingual Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service to members and staff. You will manage membership sales, front-desk operations, and program promotions while maintaining club cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere.

The role emphasizes Spanish-English bilingual communication, strong customer service, and alignment with our fast-growing franchise culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented role.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members at the front desk, creating a welcoming environment.
• Support membership sales, check-ins, and promotions.
• Handle phone inquiries and member questions within 24 hours.
• Assist with club cleanliness and program promotion (group fitness, tanning).
• Assist with new member enrollments and keep the club “grand-opening ready” daily.
• Maintain accurate time clocks and PT session utilization records.
