Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Bilingual Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional service to members and staff.

You will be the face of the club, assist with membership sales, check-ins, and promotions, and ensure a warm, welcoming environment for every member and guest.

This role requires strong communication, a proactive attitude, and daily tasks from front desk to program promotions, with benefits including a free gym membership.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in reading and writing.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)

Responsibilities

• Assist in membership sales, check-ins, and product promotions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and meet service level expectations.
• Manage front desk operations and answer phones.
• Support club cleanliness and promote programs like group fitness and tanning.
• Maintain accurate member enrollments and administrative procedures.
