Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Bilingual Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service at the club front desk. You will assist with membership sales, check-ins, and promotions while maintaining a welcoming environment for members and guests.

You should be able to answer phones, keep desk operations efficient, and support club cleanliness and program promotions such as group fitness and tanning. CPR/AED certification is required within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in membership sales, check-ins, and product promotions while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones and manage front desk operations.
• Support club cleanliness and promote programs like group fitness and tanning.
• Maintain accurate procedures and support new member enrollments.
• Keep the club 'grand-opening ready' every day.
