Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Bilingual Member Services Representative in Dallas, TX to greet members, manage front desk operations, assist with memberships, and promote club programs in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish/English), has strong customer service skills, and can handle multiple tasks with attention to detail. CPR/AED certification is preferred or can be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required or can be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist in membership services and front desk duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service to gym members and guests.
• Support enrollment and membership sales activities.
• Maintain club cleanliness and support program promotions.
• Respond to member inquiries within 24 hours.
