Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Dallas, TX seeks a bilingual Member Services Representative to greet members and guests, handle check-ins and sales, and maintain a welcoming front desk. You will promote programs, support club cleanliness, and contribute to a high-energy member experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating new member enrollments and ensuring the club stays “grand-opening ready” every day, with a focus on Spanish and English communication and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in membership sales, check-ins, and front desk operations.
• Answer phones and manage club promotions while delivering exceptional service.
• Support club cleanliness and promote programs like group fitness and tanning.
• Help enroll new members and keep the club ready for grand openings.
