Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe seeks a Bilingual Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service to club members and staff. You will handle membership sales, check-ins, and promotions while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe.

This role supports front desk operations, club cleanliness, and program promotions, with opportunities to grow through the fast-expanding franchise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate reading/writing proficiency.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Assist in member services, check-ins, and memberships sales at the front desk.
• Provide friendly, welcoming interactions with members and guests.
• Promote programs and promotions while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Support club cleanliness and promotion of group fitness and tanning programs.
• Maintain accurate enrollment procedures and assist with new member onboarding.
• Report to General Manager and Personal Training Manager on key results and action plans.
