Job summary

Campus Federal Credit Union is seeking a Bilingual Member Service Representative to assist Spanish-speaking members with transactions, account servicing, and digital banking support across phone, email, video chat, and secure messaging. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

You will educate members on products, process requests such as debit/credit card help, ACH, and wire transfers, and uphold security and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, reading, writing and speaking both languages.
• Minimum two years in financial services.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Spanish-speaking members across multiple channels (phone, email, video chat, secure messaging).
• Assist members with routine financial transactions and account servicing requests.
• Process debit/credit card assistance, ACH, stop payments, fraud disputes, check orders, and wire transfers.
• Educate members on Credit Union products and digital banking tools.
• Identify member needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Navigate digital banking services and self-service tools for members.
• Maintain accurate, secure member data and proper authentication.
• Recognize potential fraud or account abuse and escalate as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Build positive relationships with timely, professional service.
