Job summary

Desert Financial Credit Union seeks a Member Solutions Representative to deliver expert service and support across a broad range of financial needs. You will handle onboarding, account setup, and complex transactions with accuracy while building trusted member relationships.

Using a consultative approach, you will promote digital tools, guide members through online banking and mobile apps, and coordinate with internal specialists to ensure seamless servicing and satisfaction across channels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in Sales and Service required.
• Notary – State Certification Registered and serve as a Notary Public required.
• Must be registered through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) required.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Previous financial institution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and relationship-building experiences with members.
• Use consultative sales approach to recommend products and services that meet member needs.
• Educate members on online banking and mobile apps; encourage tool adoption.
• Execute member transactions and account servicing with accuracy.
• Resolve escalations and maintain high levels of service.
