Job summary

Langley Federal Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time on-site Member Experience Representative at the Bonney Road Center. You will deliver engaging sales and service experiences through voice, text, and video channels, resolving a wide range of member requests and guiding product adoption.

You will support members in English and Spanish, foster long-term relationships, and work toward compliant, high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in sales, service, and/or financial services.
• Experience in a financial services contact center or branch is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Responds to a wide range of service requests including balance inquiries, transfers, payments, and digital banking support.
• Resolves member requests with first-call resolution while coordinating with operations and other teams via CRM.
• Educates members on Langley products and services and assists with onboarding.
