Job summary

Langley Federal Credit Union is hiring a Full-Time Bilingual Member Experience Representative to work on-site at the Bonney Road Center. You will deliver sales and service across voice, text, and video channels, resolving member requests and guiding product adoption.

This role emphasizes Spanish language support, consultative selling, and compliance with regulations, with a strong focus on building lasting member relationships and helping members achieve financial well-being.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in sales, service, and/or financial services.
• Sales & service experience in a financial institution’s contact center or branch strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and financial services tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responds to a wide range of service requests including balance inquiries, transfers, payments, loan modifications, account openings, and digital banking support.
• Resolves member service requests promptly through first call resolution and CRM communications.
• Performs outbound communications for case follow-up.
• Educates members on Langley products and services and offers recommendations to improve financial well‑being.
• Provides onboarding and adoption support for products and services.
