Job summary

Latino Community Credit Union seeks a Member Service Representative II to deliver quality frontline service, open and maintain accounts, and advise on financial solutions. You will interview members, promote products, and support Teller duties about half the time, while helping build fully engaged relationships.

The role emphasizes bilingual communication in English and Spanish, accurate cash handling, and strong customer service within a busy, community-focused team environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; 2+ years related/office experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Ability to count cash accurately and handle figures.
• Aptitude for building relationships and promoting products and services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard computer software.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality frontline service for new memberships and account openings.
• Educate members on credit union products and services to build fully engaged relationships.
• Process a wide range of transactions including transfers, payments, and account changes.
• Assist with ITIN applications and keep member files up to date.
• May perform Teller I duties and support branch operations as needed.
