Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Outlook; willingness to learn new systems.
• Calm, helpful attitude and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to members via phone and online channels.
• Assist members with financial transactions and explain options.
• Take ownership of issues and resolve concerns on the spot when possible.
• Guide members through account features and education on products and services.
• Cross-sell and educate members on products aligned with their financial goals.
