Oportun in California is seeking a Bilingual English/Spanish Member Loyalty Representative to welcome members and deliver quality service at our stores. You will process transactions, protect member information, and meet daily goals in lending and servicing.

You will also engage in outreach at local venues, educate the community about Oportun’s affordable financial services, and help start applications. This role is full-time and requires strong bilingual communication.

Formación

• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish.
• Experience in customer service or cashier roles is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Process transactions following policies and protect member information.
• Engage in outreach 50%+ at stores, partner locations, and community events.
• Assist with applications, educate members about Oportun’s services.
