Oportun in Newark, NJ is seeking a Bilingual English/Spanish Member Loyalty Representative to welcome customers, process transactions, and educate communities about Oportun’s financial services.

You’ll spend time in outreach at stores and events, building relationships with local businesses, guiding members through applications, and supporting community activities with a flexible weekend schedule.

Formación

• Must be bilingual English/Spanish.
• Must be outgoing, sales-focused and enjoy speaking with people.
• Must love helping members, including outreach activities.
• Must be available to work weekends with a rotating schedule.
• Must have regular, reliable attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Process transactions following policies and protect member information.
• Educate potential members about Oportun services during outreach.
• Build relationships with local businesses and community partners.
• Assist with applications and on-site outreach activities.
• Light housekeeping and basic administrative tasks as needed.
