Oportun is hiring a Bilingual English/Spanish Member Loyalty Representative to greet members, process transactions, and educate communities about financial services.

The role involves outreach at stores and events, strong customer service, and light administrative work. You may travel between locations within a reasonable commute, with weekends and a flexible rotating schedule required.

Formación

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must be available to work weekends and have a rotating schedule.
• Must have regular, reliable attendance.
• Must be willing to work outdoors year-round to identify sales opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members and provide quality member service.
• Process transactions following policies and protect member information.
• Educate potential members about Oportun’s services during outreach.
• Engage with community and partner locations to raise awareness and capture leads.
• Light housekeeping and routine administrative tasks.
• Travel between designated locations within a reasonable commute.
