Job summary

Oportun is seeking a Bilingual English and Spanish Member Loyalty Representative to join our California stores. You will welcome members, process transactions, and help educate the community about our inclusive financial services.

Qualifications

Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
Must be outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
Must love to help members, including prospective members through outreach and educational activities.

Responsibilities

Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
Process all transactions in line with policies and protect member information.
Work solo or as a team to meet daily lending and servicing goals.
Engage in outreach at locations and events to educate and attract new members.
Light housekeeping to keep stores inviting and presentable.
Use a computer for administrative tasks and member servicing.
Travel between designated work locations within a reasonable commuting distance.
