Responsibilities include greeting members, processing transactions, and supporting community outreach while meeting daily goals. Flexibility for weekends and outdoor outreach is required; base hourly rate ranges from $18.00 to $19.00

Responsibilities

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Process transactions following company policies and protect member information.
• Work independently or with a team to exceed daily lending and servicing goals.
• Educate potential members about Oportun's services through outreach activities at stores, partner locations, and events.
• Light housekeeping to keep the store inviting and presentable.
• Use a computer for administrative tasks and servicing members.
