Center for Bone & Joint Surgery of the Palm Beaches is seeking a Bilingual Medical Office Scheduler to join our Call Center team. The role focuses on scheduling patient appointments, validating demographics and insurance, and coordinating care using EMR and referral tools.

• Minimum one year of medical scheduling, call center, or healthcare customer service experience.
• Experience working with EMR systems (ATHENA).
• Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance verification, and referral processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Schedule patient appointments using EMR and scheduling systems.
• Enter patient demographic, insurance, and medical information accurately.
