Qualifications

• Education: High School Graduate or GED.
• Experience: 18 months scheduling appointments in an office environment or Call Center experience.
• Bilingual requirement: English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Schedule medical, dental and optometry appointments by phone.
• Collect patient demographic and insurance information.
• Cancel and reschedule appointments.
• Understand and apply scheduling templates.
• Transfer calls appropriately.
• Work provider follow-up requests on outbound calls.
• Must be available from 7 am until 6 pm.
