USA Clinics Group is hiring a Medical Receptionist to balance patient needs and maintain efficient office workflow, while supporting physicians in all procedures—before, during, and after. You will ensure an excellent service experience for every patient.

The role requires bilingual Spanish/English proficiency, full-time hours, and a compensation of $19-$21 per hour, with paid training and a focus on accuracy in scheduling and records management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a high-volume customer-facing role is required.
• Experience with scheduling, records management, data entry, insurance verification, or billing support is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and administrative software is required.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients, escort to examination rooms, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Verify insurance information and support billing-related processes.
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Utilize Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and EMR/EHR systems.
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Prepare patients and procedure rooms, assist with room turnover, and provide post-procedure instructions.
• Support bilingual patient communication when applicable.
