Job summary

USA Clinics Group is seeking a Medical Assistant to balance patient needs and maintain efficient office workflow, supporting physicians in procedures—before, during, and after. You will ensure patients have an excellent service experience and coordinate with clinics in Queens/Brooklyn.

Schedule includes Sunday through Friday full-time hours with bilingual Spanish/English required. Paid training (2–4 weeks) and opportunities to work with cutting-edge technology are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of hands-on clinical experience as a Medical Assistant or similar role is required.
• Experience performing clinical duties such as vital signs, rooming patients, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection is required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program and/or CMA/RMA/CCMA certification preferred.
• Proven patient-facing or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients on arrival to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Document patient vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information in EMR/EHR.
• Perform clinical duties within scope of training (phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, specimen collection).
• Document interactions in EMR/EHR accurately.
• Support patient care in a fast-paced setting and communicate through EMR/EHR platforms.
