USA Clinics Group is seeking a Medical Receptionist to balance the needs of patients and maintain an efficient office workflow, while supporting the physician before, during, and after medical procedures to ensure an excellent service experience.

Location includes Stony Brook and Bethpage with a Monday–Saturday full-time schedule. Compensation ranges from $19–$21 per hour, based on experience. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred; paid training of 2–4 weeks is provided.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a high-volume customer-facing role is required.
• Experience with scheduling, records management, data entry, insurance verification, or billing support is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients, escort to examination rooms, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Verify insurance information and support billing-related processes.
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Utilize Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and EMR/EHR systems.
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Prepare patients and procedure rooms, assist with room turnover, and provide post-procedure instructions.
• Support bilingual patient communication when applicable.
