Job summary

USA Clinics Group is seeking a Medical Receptionist to balance patient needs and maintain efficient office workflow while supporting physicians before, during and after procedures, delivering an excellent service experience. This full-time float role covers multiple clinics (Forest Hills, Jamaica Ave, Pennsylvania Ave and Jackson Heights), with bilingual Spanish-English communication and on-site training.

Salary ranges from $19 to $21 per hour, plus benefits, paid training, and career growth

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a high-volume customer-facing role required.
• Previous receptionist/front-desk/administrative experience required.
• Experience with scheduling, records management, data entry, insurance verification, or billing support preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and administrative software required.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, escort to examination rooms, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Verify insurance information and support billing-related processes.
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Utilize Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and EMR/EHR systems.
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Prepare patients and procedure rooms, assist with room turnover, and provide post-procedure instructions.
• Support bilingual patient communication when applicable.
