Job summary

USA Clinics Group is seeking a Medical Assistant to balance patient needs and maintain office workflow while supporting physicians before, during, and after procedures, ensuring an excellent service experience.

Schedule includes Sunday through Friday with shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. and a bilingual requirement (Spanish/English). Training is paid, and compensation ranges from $20 to $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of hands-on clinical experience as a Medical Assistant or similar role (e.g., CMA, CNA).
• Experience performing vitals, patient rooming, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program and CMA/RMA/CCMA certification preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, room, and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming patient experience.
• Document vital signs, medical histories, and clinical information in EMR/EHR.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection as trained.
• Accurately document patient interactions in EMR/EHR systems.
• Provide excellent patient service in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Support physician care with EMR/EHR platforms (Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks).
• Assist in various clinical tasks across clinics as needed.
