Job summary

USA Clinics Group is seeking a Medical Receptionist to balance patient needs and maintain efficient workflow, supporting physicians during procedures and ensuring an excellent service experience.

The role requires Sunday through Friday shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., bilingual Spanish/English, and a High School Diploma. Compensation is $19-$21 per hour, with paid training and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a high-volume customer-facing role.
• Front-desk/administrative or scheduling experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, escort to examination rooms, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Verify insurance information and support billing-related processes.
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Utilize Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and EMR/EHR systems.
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Prepare patients and procedure rooms, assist with room turnover, and provide post-procedure instructions.
• Support bilingual patient communication when applicable.
