Baptist Health in Florida is seeking a Patient Access representative to schedule diagnostics, therapies, and physician visits. You will verify demographics, register patients, and enter data into the scheduling system in a fast-paced call center environment, while meeting quality metrics.

Proficiency in medical terminology, HIPAA compliance, and basic math is expected; bilingual English/Spanish/Creole is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Complete and pass the Patient Access training course.
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Detail oriented, organized, team player, compassionate, excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines including HIPAA, AHCA, EMTALA, and Medicare structures.
