Job summary

Community Health Center, Inc. is seeking a Call Center Specialist to deliver consistent, high-quality service to staff and patients. The role requires bilingual English & Spanish, strong data entry, and experience with electronic appointment scheduling.

The position is full-time (40 hours) with potential evenings and weekends, with training for the first three weeks 8:30am–5:00pm ET. Remote work is available for eligible United States residents.

Qualifications

• Bilingual required (English & Spanish).
• Associate's Degree required.
• Experience in a Call Center or busy phone system.
• Electronic appointment scheduling experience.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Remote workers must live and work in the United States.
• Reliable, high-speed Internet access.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to staff and patients.
