Job summary

Conduent is hiring a Call Center Representative for Medicaid Member Support in a remote role within 60 miles of Columbia, SC. The position is full-time, 40 hours weekly, with a pay rate of $17.50 per hour and bi-weekly pay.

You will handle escalated inquiries, provide high-quality service in a fast-paced environment, document calls, and guide members through applications and status updates while adhering to policies and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year call center or telephone customer service experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Medicaid member inquiries in a call center using scripts.
• Gather information, assess needs, research, resolve inquiries, and document calls.
• Explain member eligibility and assist with Medicaid applications and status updates.
• Follow policies for call handling and escalations.
• Navigate across multiple screens and applications to gather information.
• Utilize multiple systems to document data.
