Conduent is seeking a bilingual Healthcare Call Center Associate to join our Customer Experience team in the United States. You will handle a steady flow of calls related to prescription coverage, providing friendly service and accurate information while navigating multiple systems.

The role requires the ability to complete a 3-week virtual training plus 2 weeks of nesting, and a 6-month customer service background. Weekend work may be required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and handle calls while using multiple systems.
• Must have 6 months of customer service experience.
