Job summary

Conduent is hiring a Call Center Representative – Medicaid Member Support (Bilingual English/Spanish). You will deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, handling escalated inquiries and assisting members with eligibility and Medicaid applications.

The role requires at least 1 year in a call center, strong communication skills, and the ability to work remotely across multiple systems. Training is provided, with a 40-hour workweek and a $17.50/hour pay rate.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to submit to a pre-employment screening.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• 1 year of call center experience in telephone customer service or related experience.
• Pass the Call Center – Service Skills Assessment and Internet Speed test.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inquiries in a call center environment using standard scripts.
• Gathers information, assesses caller needs, researches, and documents calls.
• Provides information on member eligibility and assists with Medicaid applications and status updates.
• Follows documented policies and handles escalations.
• Advocates for Medicaid members to ensure needs are met.
• Navigate across multiple computer screens to access information from various applications.
