Conduent State Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Call Center Representative-Medicaid Member Support who is fluent in English and Spanish. You will handle escalated inquiries, provide high-quality service in a fast-paced environment, and guide Medicaid members through applications and status updates.

This full-time, remote role offers a $17.50 hourly rate, paid training, benefits from day one, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to submit to a pre-employment screening.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• 1 year of call center experience in telephone customer service or related experience.
• Must pass the Call Center – Service Skills Assessment and Internet Speed test.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Medicaid member inquiries in a call center environment using standard scripts.
• Gather information, assess caller needs, research, resolve inquiries, and document calls.
• Provide information on member eligibility and assist with Medicaid applications and status updates.
• Follow policies and procedures including call handling and escalations.
• Act as an advocate for Medicaid members to ensure needs are met.
• Navigate across multiple computer screens and use multiple applications.
