Conduent State Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Call Center Representative-Medicaid Member Support (Bilingual English/Spanish). You will deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced center, handling escalated inquiries and assisting with Medicaid applications to ensure a positive member experience.

The role is remote for SC/NC/GA, involves a 40-hour work week, and includes a 4-week training period. Competitive pay with benefits from day one and opportunities for growth are offered.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to submit to a pre-employment screening.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• 1 year of call center or telephone customer service experience preferred.
• Must pass the Call Center – Service Skills Assessment and Internet Speed test.
• Comfortable working within established processes and procedures.

Mansioni

• Respond to South Carolina Medicaid member inquiries in a call center using standard scripts.
• Gather information, assess caller needs, research, and document calls.
• Explain member eligibility and assist callers with Medicaid applications and status updates.
• Follow documented policies including call handling and escalations.
• Advocate for Medicaid members to ensure their needs are met.
• Navigate across multiple computer screens to access information from various applications.
• Use five systems to gather information and document across up to three systems.
