Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of call center or telephone customer service experience.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening and a skills assessment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Proficient with multi-system navigation and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Medicaid member inquiries in a call center using scripts and procedures.
• Gather information, assess needs, research, resolve inquiries, and document calls.
• Explain member eligibility and assist with Medicaid applications and status updates.
• Follow policies for call handling and escalations; advocate for members.
• Navigate multiple screens and use several applications to access information.
