Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong written and spoken communication.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in media or advertising.
• Strong prospecting, networking, and presentation skills.
• Ability to tailor solutions to client goals.
• Negotiation and closing deals confidently.
• Detail-oriented and organized with multi-priority management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique advertising needs.
• Design customized advertising solutions aligned with clients’ marketing goals.
