The role requires strong sales experience, Spanish/English fluency, and efficiency with CRM tools; a collaborative, growth-oriented environment is offered with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven sales experience in media, advertising, or marketing.
• Strong prospecting, networking, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop tailored solutions addressing client goals.
• Confident in negotiating and closing deals.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their advertising needs.
• Design customized advertising solutions aligned with clients’ marketing goals.
• Negotiate and close advertising contracts delivering long-term value.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
• Stay current on market trends and competitive activity to provide strategic guidance.
