Norsan Media is seeking a bilingual sales consultant to drive advertising growth across radio, print, digital, and events in the Southeast and Austin markets.

You will identify new business, build client relationships, and design customized advertising solutions in English and Spanish, with strong emphasis on negotiation and closing deals. The role offers uncapped commission and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven sales experience, ideally in media, advertising, or marketing.
• Strong prospecting, networking, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop tailored solutions that address specific client goals.
• Confident in negotiating and closing deals.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
