Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance, including corrective and preventive tasks, make-ready services, and daily grounds upkeep. Strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and familiarity with OSHA regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Basic knowledge of OSHA requirements and Fair Housing Laws.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident and management requests and work orders promptly.
• Assist with maintenance, cosmetic, and make-ready tasks across the community.
• Maintain pool area, chemical logs, and safety compliance.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and common areas daily for hazards and repairs.
• Keep a well-organized maintenance shop and accurate records of service requests.
